Corporation Street Corby
The existing pedestrian main street in Corby is a tired 1950’s New Town High Street. Land Securities Plc asked GMTW to redesign the existing shop-fronts to provide a complete new image for the town’s main shopping area. The design included for new 3.5 m fully glazed shop-fronts with a new cantilevered steel and glass canopy. A 25m length of shop-fronts were constructed in 2008-2009. Project cost £550,000.
